YoBoHo and Rivet collaborate to launch e-books for children

YoBoHo to Create E-Books for Kids Ages Two to Nine Years Old.

Thursday, May 28, 2020

Vancouver, B.C.: YoBoHo Digital Content, home to the IP HooplaKidz, is excited to announce a new partnership with Rivet, a free and fun reading support app, available on IOS, Android, Chromebook, and Kindle Fire, that offers a comprehensive library of over 3500 free leveled books for children, raging in topics, categories, and levels, to create e-books for kids aged two to nine.

YoBoHo creates world-class, kids’ safe digital-first content and is amongst the top educational networks worldwide on YouTube for preschoolers, and brings a wealth of expertise and a large fan following to this partnership with Rivet. E-books created by YoBoHo will feature popular characters from HooplaKidz, All Babies Channel, Annie & Ben, and many more.

Rivet originated in 2017 and was founded by two machine-learning engineers who believed that artificial intelligence could break down barriers to literacy. Created as part of Area 120, an experimental program to help small teams rapidly build new products in an entrepreneurial environment, Rivet’s mission is to solve some of the primary obstacles to good reading practice including access to books.

“In the wake of the current lockdown, it’s imperative that kids continue to learn and develop their skills at home”, comments Anuradha Javeri, Creative Director, YoBoHo New Media. “Our focus unites with that of Rivet, and we are more than happy to collaborate and create story e-books in order to aid children in practicing and improving their reading skills.”

YoBoHo’s most successful IPs are available in 14 global languages including English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Bahasa.

To serve readers around the world, readers can start reading free books in just one click through the web version of Rivet by visiting https://rivet.page.link/ReadWithHooplaKidz.
